Cornelius understands that every client is as unique and diverse as the beautiful city we live in. Through attention to detail and a thoughtful approach, Cornelius takes pride in developing a proper understanding of his clients' needs. As a result, past clients describe him as “a fierce advocate.”
A University of Central Florida graduate, Cornelius holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in musical theatre. Before real estate, he spent three years touring the country with the North American First National Tour of Disney's Aladdin. While touring, Cornelius understood how having a home you love affects every aspect of your life. Using his theatrical background, Cornelius excels in effective communication, and skillful negotiation, while bringing personality and passion to all he does. His goal in real estate is to bring joy to every client at every stage of the journey.
Cornelius has called Astoria, Queens home for the past decade and has become a neighborhood expert. In addition, he has vast experience completing real estate transactions throughout both Manhattan and Brooklyn. Cornelius is the proud parent to a rescued Jack Russell Terrier mix named, Jenny.
